2008 EVENTS
We will be competing in selected Varac G70 races and the Ontario GT Sprint series races at Mosport this year. We will be racing the 29th annual VARAC vintage festival Jun 20-22, 2008.

September 28, 2008 Celebration of Motorsports
This is the final race of 2008! We will try and run both the G70 and GTB classes!
September 14, 2008 BEMC Indian Summer Trophy RacesWe have been asked to co-drive Patrizio Talenti of Tam Electric Porsche 944 Turbo (stupid volkswagen) in the 3 hour race Saturday September 13th if the car is ready for competition. We will be racing the RX-7 in the Ontario GT Sprints on the 14th as planned.

August 23, 2008 American LeMans
By a small miracle of emailing our website and youtube channel, we end up spending the weekends at Mosport and got to meet John Doonan the manager of Mazdaspeed Motorsports! John spent some time with us and discussed our regional racing along with Mazda's involvment in all other aspects of racing. We also got to spend some one on one time with P2 driver Gerardo Bonilla it was amazing conversation! Gerardo was very open and friendly and was genuinely interested in our local racing scene! We spent most of our time with the guys from the Star Mazda series. Star Mazda are Formula style race cars powered by stock 13B Renesis engines. The cars lap Mosport in 1 minute and 14 second range, considerably faster than our RX7! Scott Kush and Peter Frey from the series sanctioning body made us feel like we were part of the family and ABR and Scarboro Mazda wish to thank them for the hospitality! We are also looking for to doing some promotional things with them when they visit Toronto again in 2009!
Feb 29, 2008 Canadian Motorsport ExpoThe RX7 was on display at the 2008 Canadian Motorsport Expo which was held Feb 29 - March 2, 2008. The car was also on display at Centennial College Ashtonbee Campus show and shine event June 1,2008. We will be attending the Meeting of the Mazda's and raising money for Sick Childrens Hospital. In late fall 2008 we will be attending the charity event for the Make A Wish Foundation at Mosport and be giving rides in the car for donation to the foundation.
